Evan Bryce Fay

President

Evan Bryce Fay, a distinguished Air Force Veteran with over 13 years of expertise in real estate development, brings substantial experience and unwavering dedication to his projects. Having successfully developed over 60 units across four states, Evan’s impressive track record underscores his capability and vision. As an alumnus of both the Building Community Values (BCV) and Equitable Development Initiative (EDI), he is profoundly committed to the revitalization of Detroit. His primary focus is on creating properties that meet the needs of the city’s growing population, with a special focus on veterans, while fostering a sense of community and adhering to sustainable practices.

Patrick Braga

Senior Project Manager

Patrick Braga is a distinguished graduate of Harvard and Cornell, bringing extensive expertise in real estate finance, housing development, land use, zoning, and urban design. Patrick offers comprehensive support in visualizing and implementing community visions, leveraging his hands-on experience on local government boards and his technical knowledge in affordable housing, environmental due diligence, and project entitlement. An accomplished urban planner in the metro Detroit area, Patrick is a real estate development professional adept at managing complex, multilayered projects with budgets in the tens of millions.
 

Chief Financial Strategist

Christine brings over 20 years of real estate and finance experience to the team, leveraging her extensive senior underwriting background as a Vice President at multiple banks. She holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Economics from Cornell University. Christine’s comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the industry make her an invaluable asset, adept at navigating complex financial landscapes and executing successful projects. She is dedicated to empowering diverse business owners, contractors, visionaries, and real estate entrepreneurs with her commercial finance expertise.
